To calculate the reported effectiveness for a patient view, the model first analyses whether it can be ascertained that the person writing the review has had direct experience of the treatment for themselves or a loved one. If so, it then uses sentiment analysis to rate their view from 1-5 on how effective this treatment was for them, with 1 being the least effective, and 5 the most effective.

I find taking an rx muscle relaxant like cyclobenzaprine with anticholinergic properties chills my muscles out. EDIT: Personal experience.

Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) is a muscle relaxer that is meant to help with Stage 4 sleep. I have used it at a low dose (5 mg) and thought it worked well with no hangover the next day. a forum user

I took gabapentin for nerve pain before I was diagnosed with ME/CFS. Most likely from long covid. It worked for nerve pain and helped me sleep. However, it caused debilitating fatigue. It made me feel like my legs were encased in cement.
We're all so different. The only way to tell if it'll help you with your symptoms is to try it. I understand being hesitant. It took me trialing eight medications in eight months before I found one that helps manage my symptoms.
I take fluvoxamine 12.5mg for ME/CFS symptoms and diazepam for dysautonomia as needed. Cyclobenzaprine and nabumetone for pain and hydroxyzine for sleep. I take Nuvana a whole food multivitamin with 100% of 21 vitamins & minerals, probiotics, and tumeric. It's an all-in-one vitamin. Magnesiu-OM powder (magnesium 3 types and L-theanine) mixed with tart cherry juice (melatonin and tryptophan) 1-2 hours before bed. I hope something here is helpful. Hugs❤️

I take cyclobenzaprine (muscle relaxer) and nabumetone (prescription NSAID) for pain. I can't take the usual nerve pain medications like gabapentin or pregabalin. I tried gabapentin. It caused zombie-like fatigue. It felt like my legs were encased in cement. I don't have anxiety. I have dysautonomia. It mimics anxiety. It's a dysregulation of the autonomic nervous system. There's physiological responses without a psychological component. Dysautonomia can actually cause anxiety. If you have anxiety adrenaline dumps and tachycardia can make it worse. I've taken propanolol and metoprolol XR (beta blockers). They caused orthostatic hypotension and worsened other dysautonomia symptoms. Alzolpram.25mg is a benzodiazepine. It's worked for me somewhat. But it isn't a long term solution. I have hydroxyzine (prescription antihistamine) for sleep. It's also prescribed for anxiety. I can take it as needed. I take Fluvoxamine 12.5mg for ME/CFS symptoms. It's an SSRI used for OCD prescribed off-label for long covid/ME/CFS symptoms. It's helped with orthostatic intolerance and dysautonomia symptoms like dizziness and lightheadedness. I hope you're able to find some things that help.
Have you had a recent CBC, including thyroid, and all vitamin levels checked? Deficiencies in B12, D, and iron can wreck havoc on your body. I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's disease, an autoimmune hypothyroidism. I just started thyroid medication. Hashimoto's and hypothyroidism causes symptoms that mimic anxiety as well. Hugs❤️

I take cyclobenzaprine with nabumetone (prescription NSAID) for pain. I have fibromyalgia. It does help. It can be taken more often. Some people take it at bedtime.
Taking lorazepam every 1-2 weeks is fine. Some people may take it 1-2 times a week. It depends on the person. I switched from alzolpram to diazepam for dysautonomia symptoms as needed. I take it rarely.

I’ve been taking the lowest dose of 7.5mg for a little over a year now. It was definitely stabilizing for me when it felt like I was spiraling. It helped alleviate my crippling depression and anhedonia, to an extent. It significantly helped my panic attacks and constant dread, it helped with brain fog, and I think the biggest things for me at the time was helping me get restful sleep and maintain a healthy appetite. There were some unpleasant side effects but for me, it was majorly helpful.

Live and Let Die is one of my favorite Paul McCartney songs. Taking .12-.25 of Klonopin in the morning works wonders for the day. It helps prevent overstimulation AND I don't eat as much. It takes the edge off the generalized anxiety so that I can better focus on other symptom management. If I take it at night its 1mg max. For me personally, taking a little Flexirel, I think, is improving my quality of sleep. I have been dreaming almost nightly now since taking the Flexirel, something I haven't done in a long time. lol, yes

I'm so sorry to hear this, they are so painful! I had really bad ones for about a year and still take Flexeril daily which stopped them. They are worse with stress, so calming the nervous system helps a lot

15mg every 6-8 hours.
It can cause dehydration, which is partially the reason why it causes headaches to some individuals
