I have tried it in two forms. The first being a tens machine with an ear clip. I found that uncomfortable and not helpful. I moved to the Amofit S+ and I noticed a small improvement, but I believe that was a placebo and I was just naturally in a good place and noticing it. I couldn’t tell whether it was doing anything. I don’t believe I had any improvement to my symptoms, but I should try this again to be certain.

I have used it for the past months and it really helped me. I feel it's a very effective tool to stimulate the vagus nerve, and a good complement to other stuff like breathing, meditation, exercises, cold water... In the moment of using it, it helps me taking restful naps or breaks. After using it consistently I feel it gives me what I'd describe as peaceful energy (not stressful or jittery) and overall I feel happier and I think it's because I'm more regulated and my HRV is better. I had heard some LC doctors and patients talking about Nurosym and it made sense to me, I gave it a try and.. now I carry it with me all the time ^^ I swear I'm not being paid by them to promote it 😂
